Is Bandwith Monthly or Annually?

Your assigned bandwidth will reset on the 1st of the month every month.
If your server runs out of Bandwidth you can purchase more in the Client Area, after selecting your service add-ons on the 'Manage' page.

It can take up to 24 hours, for your server to become re-activated after you purchase more bandwidth. Please avoid opening a ticket for this as the system will process this automatically within 24 hours.

2 Email notifications get sent out by SolusVM regarding bandwidth usage,
The first one is, 90% of Bandwidth Exceeded Notification
and the second being, 100% Bandwidth Exceeded Suspend Notification

These emails sometimes get sent to spam, so you should add our email address "support@gullo.me" to your address book to prevent this from happening.
