If you are receiving an SSH Error: Connection Refused Please follow the following steps.

1. Log into SolusVM control panel
2. Generate Serial Console Session
3. SSH into the server using Serial Console Session credentials
4. Run, "mkdir -p /var/run/sshd"
5. Run, "service sshd restart"
6. Exit and ssh back in like normal
